Our 4th in Pigeon Forge

We spent the 4th of July in Pigeon Forge with our friends Joe and Lisa and their daughter, Amanda. We had SOOOOO much fun!!!!

Here are a few pictures to show some of the things we did.

We saw the bears at Three Bears Country Store. They have 5 of them!

We went to one of the gem mines and panned for rocks! The kids loved it!!!

Poor Deanna didn’t find as many as the other kids did.

We went into the gem mine’s store and museum. We thought about waiting around to have our finds identified but the wait was FOREVER. Instead, I think I will make it a science project! Identify your own finds! 😉

We had SO much fun and we can’t wait until Joe, Lisa and Amanda come back to visit!!!

Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg Mini Vacation

First off, we had a BLAST!!!! From the cabin in the woods to the aquarium to the NASCAR Speedpark. LOL

These are the only pictures I took at the NASCAR Speedway. I was riding the other rides with the kids! LOL Well, with Deanna and Colin. Joshua wasn’t feeling well after the aquarium so he didn’t ride anything. Cailey gets motion sickness sometimes and only rode the tamer stuff. She did love the roller coaster, though. 😉

 

We had soooooo much fun!!!! I want to do it all over again! 😉
